-Former WWE and WCW wrestler Vito "Big Vito" Lograsso was arrested this past Sunday in Tampa, FL. He was charged with battery for domestic violence. A Hillsborough County Sheriff arrested him at someone else’s home. He was released from jail on Monday afternoon
-- TNA's official website is teasing that Jeff Jarrett will address the comments that Kurt Angle made about TNA's creative direction in a UK Sun interview on next week's Impact. The preview reads, "According to multiple sources, Jeff Jarrett is angry over the recent comments made by Kurt Angle about TNA in the UK Sun. Rumor has it that Jarrett - as the founder of TNA - will publicly address these controversial comments on Thursday's broadcast on Spike."
-- TNA star Kaz underwent surgery to repair a torn triceps earlier this week, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. He is expected to be out for four months.
- Edge will make his return to the ring next month. WWE officials wanted to sell the finish from the Hell in the Cell match at SummerSlam, where he was supposedly set on fire. They also wanted Undertaker in a new feud before Edge returned.
- WWE's Johnny Ace was recently down in former development territory OVW scouting for new development talent for FCW and main roster prospects. Former WWE wrestles Rob Conway and Joey Mercury were looked at closely.
- Due to good behavior and taking up a prison job Nick Hogan will be released from jail early, on November 21st.
- Big Vision Entertainment will release a "Before They Were Stars" DVD featuring Evan Bourne this January. The released similar DVDs on CM Punk and Samoa Joe.
- Former WWE superstar Chris Masters was recently interviewed by Slam Wrestling fan Q&A. In the interview, he protested the final drug test that he ended up failing in WWE.
"Mine came out of nowhere," he said. "I know at that point the mindset was they were giving me another shot. Undertaker had specifically asked to work with me to see if I had it. I really was motivated, when you are in there with a guy you respect as much as The Undertaker you want to do business and rise to his level. So for me things were going great, I was clean -- no question about that. I protested the system from the minute they called me in regards to failing the wellness test for a banned substance. But what can you do, they can’t go back on what they have. They said it was in my system."

Flair Trouble
According to ABC News, Ric Flair's daughter, Ashley Fliehr was charged with assault on a law enforcement and officer and resisting arrest in Chapel Hill, N.C. on September 5, 2008.
Ric Flair, his daughter, and an unidentified 22-year-old man were in a fight at a parking lot of an apartment complex. Ric was bloodied and bruised, but did not file charges. His daughter was arrested for kicking an officer. The Chapel Hill police officer used a taser gun on Ashley.
Ashley's boyfriend said it was a family matter that is now resolved when asked about the incident.
Former WWE wrestler and World's Strongest Man Nathan Jones was sideswiped by a cement truck while jogging in the morning in Bankok, Thailand. He suffered severe damage to his left arm and will be sideline for three months.
Jones recently signed a deal with TNA. The 6'11' 320lbs wrestler has appeared in movies Troy, Fearless, and The Condemned.
According to sources, Mick Foley has signed a six-month deal with TNA. Foley has said that he was burned out in WWE and needed to get out of there. He's not expected to join the color commentary booth, but will have an on-air role.
His first TNA appearance last week in Long Island, he arrived two or three matches into the house show. He spent time backstage catching up with Brother Ray and spoke with everyone else. He was described as very friendly backstage. Foley was lost on his way to the ring and panicked.
WWE has hired former WCW star Norman Smiley, 43, to be a trainer at their Florida Championship Wrestling developmental facility. He recently relocated from Miami to Tampa for the job. Smiley started last week. The other trainers in FCW are Tom Prichard, Billy Kidman and Steve Keirn.
Former TNA and WWE star Chris Harris made an appearance for the NWF promotion at the Shimmers Ballroom on August 23 giving his first comments since his WWE release.

WWE.com has acknowledged Shawn Michaels' triceps injury. He's scheduled for a full medical examination today to determine the severity of the injury. According to the article, he is determined to meet Chris Jericho in his scheduled match with him this Sunday at Unforgiven.
Maryse will be working her first match on pay-per-view. It was just announced on WWE.com that WWE Divas Champion Michelle McCool will be defending her title against Maryse this Sunday at Unforgiven.
Last night during Raw, USA ran a commercial promoting Mickie James' appearance on the show Psych. The episode airs this Friday at 10:00 p.m. She plays a roller derby player.
WWE developmental organization Florida Championship Wrestling will be holding an event at the 7,800 seat Lee County Civic Center in Fort Myers, Florida on November 15th, 2008
Kurt Angle has been training at Pittsburgh’s Fight Club to prepare for his MMA debut. His manager Dave Hawk said Angle is waiting for the right offer to come along: “Kurt's planning to participate in at least one MMA fight when he gets the right offer."
UFC has announced they will be holding a conference call this afternoon at 3:00 PM EST to make a major announcement. The announcement is expected to be that Randy Couture has come to terms on a contract and will make his UFC return to fight Brock Lesnar. If so, he will be facing off against the former WWE champ on November 15 in Portland, Oregon.
If everything goes through, this will likely be the biggest fight of Brock Lesnar’s career.
